Michael A. Stugrin is Managing Consultant for The Human Resource Partnership, L.L.C. Stugrin works with the six TRP human resource practice areas in helping TRP clients develop internal and external communications strategies as well as providing writing services required to ensure the successful communication of issues related to organization change, new programs, policies, and procedures as well new ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.

Stugrin also works with clients in strategic planning and marketing, including preparing business plans, competitive and market research, product introductions, branding strategies, marketing literature, and proactive media relations. He works closely with CEOs of both established companies and start-ups.

Stugrin has over 20 years experience in corporate and employee communications, marketing, and strategic planning. He has held executive-level positions with high-technology and services companies, including Unisys Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Concurrent Computer Corporation, and Pinkerton, Inc. He has directed communications and marketing activities throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Stugrin has been integrally involved in over 35 mergers and acquisitions.

Creation and implementation of communications strategies for corporate re-organizations and senior management changes, launch of new ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
Board-level, employee, and investor presentations on such issues as strategic direction, financial results, and major change.

Stugrin earned a B.A. in English from Bloomsburg University and a Ph.D. in English from The Pennsylvania State University. During his eight-year academic career, he lectured and published widely on drama and writing pedagogy. Stugrin has been chief speechwriter and communications counsel to five Fortune 1000 CEOs. He is a member of the Society for Internet Advancement, The Los Angeles World Affairs Council, the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, and British American, Inc.
