Michael A. Unger brings over 25 years of executive search and consulting experience to The Human Resource Partnership. Beginning his career in the executive search business after a successful tenure in sales, Michael developed two franchises of Management Recruiters International into company leading operations.

In 1998 he formed his own firm, Executive Search Solutions. By building teams to service the ever growing demands of its clients, ESS became an integral part of the worldwide build out of Corbis, a Bill Gates’ company. During the last few years, ESS has also lead the sales, management, and service recruiting efforts for Cintas Corporation, one of the fastest growing business service companies in the United States.

With the constant evolution of approaches to executive search, companies need to maintain their competitive edge in staffing by utilizing only the most effective of those techniques. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and creativity to this task.

Michael earned a B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.
