Our Firm

The Human Resource Partnership, L.L.C is a mid-sized advisory firm that provides a comprehensive array of human resource services to a diverse client base. We were founded in 1982 and are headquartered in New York City. We are a virtual organization of senior level consultants with significant operations experience who are linked by a sophisticated IT network. Our consultants are located in California, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

The mission of The Human Resource Partnership, L.L.C. (HRP) is to maximize our client's organizational effectiveness. We accomplish this by partnering with them to leverage the contribution of their human resources. We are organized into six functional practices that support our view of organizational effectiveness. We also offer two industry specific practices in healthcare and publishing.

The Human Resource Partnership delivers large firm technical expertise with boutique firm customer service. We provide practical solutions to specific human resource problems but always address those problems in the larger context of our client's organizational strategy.
